Back from a swim, but I'm not really any darker. I swear it has
a positive effect on my skin, but I absolutely hate it when nimrods
leave their band-aids floating or stuck in the pool.
i don't know which is a worse stomach churning event - your post or
fatum's, no offence meant for any of you.
in the meantime, i'm in 2 minds about whether to run this
evening. i was even hoping for a major downpour and flooding!
feeling extremely lazy after sunday's run.
